The 2026 Red Earth Brewers Spring Brew Off opens for entries on Saturday, Feb 14 at Noon CST and you can verify your account right now. Your two-time Master Homebrewer Program Club of the year is back with our annual 400 paid entry competition. Can we keep our tap handles and BOS barrel ends home this year? Well, enter your best beers and find out!
If you’ve entered before your account should still exist, but account creation, judge, and staff sign up are open now. Entries open on Saturday, Feb 14 at Noon CST and we expect it to fill fast.
Judging runs from Friday, Apr 10 through Saturday, Apr 18, 2025, with Best of Show judging being the afternoon of Apr 18 before the awards ceremony.
Entry Costs, Limits, and Registration
Spring Brew Off is limited to the first 400 paid entries and each entry will be $12. Each entrant will be allowed 6 entries. Registration will start at noon on February 14, 2026, and the competition is expected to fill quickly, likely the same day – be prepared! Plan to register as soon as the system opens if you want to secure spots. Account registration is open now so you are ready to go the moment entries open.
Shipping and Drop-Off Window (Roughtail Brewing)
The entry drop-off and shipping window is March 6th through March 20th. For those wanting to keep their entries safe and cold until judging, the main drop off and shipping location will be:

Additional drop off locations will be at Learn to Brew and the Brew Shop. Gail has a fridge to keep your entries cold and we’ll pick them up like normal.
Judging Format, Schedule, and Judge Perks
All judging will occur in person at Roughtail Brewing on the following dates and times:
· Friday, April 10 – Afternoon (2:00 PM) and Late (6:00 PM)
· Saturday, April 11 – Early (10:00 AM) and Late (2:00 PM)
· Sunday, April 12 – Early (10:00 AM) and Late (2:00 PM)
· Tuesday, April 14 – Evening (6:00 PM)
· Wednesday, April 15 – Evening (6:00 PM)
· Friday, April 17 – Evening (6:00 PM)
· Saturday, April 18 – Early (9:00 AM) and Late (1:00 PM)
Best of Show judging is scheduled for Saturday, April 18 at 4:00 PM at Roughtail, immediately leading into the awards ceremony. Judges and stewards can expect cool gifts again this year, snacks during all judging sessions, and a light meal between Saturday and Sunday sessions on the first weekend.
Judge Night at Skydance and Out-of-Town Guests
On Saturday, April 11, Red Earth Brewers will host a judge appreciation night at Skydance Brewing. This is our chance to roll out the red carpet for visiting judges, say thank you for their time and expertise, spend time with other judges, and show off a favorite stop in the OKC beer scene. Details on timing, food, and logistics will be shared directly with judges, stewards, and volunteers as we get closer.
Awards Ceremony – Open to the Public
The awards ceremony will be held on Saturday, April 18 at Roughtail Brewing and is open to the public. All judging, from preliminary rounds through Best of Show, plus the awards ceremony itself, will be under one roof at Roughtail, making it easy for entrants, volunteers, and guests to attend, socialize, and celebrate together.
