ABLE Cider Wine Beer Permit

In the state of Oklahoma, Homebrewing is legal. However, you are required to have a permit. That permit allows you to brew up to 200 gallons per year. The permit is free, and you will be approved. You do not have to apply, but Red Earth Brewers encourages it. You have to have it to pour at public events if we are allowed. We will not allow individuals who do not have the permit to participate in one of our pouring events. As of this writing, you will need to renew every year.
